Profile of Mr. K.V. Abdul Azeez

The real take off in his career was the co-founding of Skyline Builders in 1989. He steered the organization as CEO through the thick and thin of the real estate industry in Kerala, and made it into the largest home builder in Kerala over the years.

Skyline Builders is the highest CRISIL rated developer in Kerala today.  The international rating agency CRISIL conferred DA2+ rating for Skyline Builders in the year 2014 as its credit standing, track record, high net worth and project execution to stipulated quality with transferring clear title were VERY GOOD.

In 2008 Skyline created history by delivering 22 projects-1872 apartments across Kerala measuring over 20 Lakhs sq.ft. built up area and crossed sales target of Rs.250 crores.  Again this was repeated by delivering 12 Lakhs sq.ft. consisting of 585 Apartments/Villas in a single financial year 2015-16.

Skyline Builders celebrating its 35^th year in 2025.  Skyline have 164 projects, over 8200 clients from 57 countries with 1.71 crores sq.ft. built up area in its achievements.

Under the leadership of Mr. Abdul Azeez Skyline Builders is soaring high and the 200plus strong Skyline staff members are working in unison to make Skyline a preferred brand and bagged the following achievements for self and company.

In 2024 Skyline Builders started its operation in Dubai viz. Skyline Builders Real Estate LLC and launched first Project Skyline Avant Garde.

Mr.Abdul Azeez has been a long serving national executive committee member of CREDAI, the national association of professional builders (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India) in various capacities. And was Chairman of CREDAI-Kerala for the period 2009-2013. The real take off in his career was the co-founding of Skyline Builders in 1989.
